QEI certified inspection

Applied Elevator QEI inspections insure that your conveyance systems are safe and have not been altered except in compliance to applicable codes and regulations. Inspections require overall knowledge of conveyance systems in which Applied Elevator specializes. For a conveyance to be considered "certified" depends on the municipality where the inspection is being performed. In all cases a person holding a current QEI certificate is qualified to perform the inspections.

QEI Qualifications

Applied Elevator’s QEI inspectors have been certified through the Elevator Industry Work Preservation Fund (EIWPF), one of three certifying organizations that have been approved by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Additionally, our inspectors have many years of conveyance system service, repair, modernization and installation expertise.

Applied Elevator inspectors are licensed in all municipalities and approved by all State agencies. Our inspectors carry all essential general liability insurance.
